I recently donated some old badminton kit to www.akambaaidfund.org which was then sent to Kenya. James and Emily Buckle have previously introduced badminton to the locals, and hopefully the kit ( proudly worn below) will inspire them to play more.

I’m delighted to announce that Somerset Badminton Association have appointed me as team manager for their senior county squad. Hopefully the squad can provide a pathway for those players looking to play high level representative badminton.

Some of the Wednesday group at Oxley, Sherborne have started playing friendlies against other clubs. So far Chew Valley have been the opposition resulting in one defeat and one victory.
